This page explains how to request deletion of your COUNT THE CATCH account and personal data. COUNT THE CATCH is operated by Vitor Gomes.

How to request deletion

Choose either option:

• In the app: open the COUNT THE CATCH app, go to your profile settings and choose the option to delete your account.
• By email: write to [email protected] from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include your Angler ID if you know it.

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently remove your account, your profile, your content and your associated catch videos.

What we keep

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service, run tournaments, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Some tournament records and financial ledger entries may be retained without being linked to your account, to preserve results and necessary accounting records. Stripe and app stores may retain their own transaction records under their own policies.

Important notes

• Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription or automatically refund tournament entry fees. Manage subscriptions separately and contact the tournament organizer about a fee.
